RAKSHA BANDHAN IS CELEBRATED BY THE BRAMHA KUMARIS THROUGH SPIRITUAL WORKSHOP

Noida: The Bramha Kumaris celebrate Raksha Bandhan festival today at the community hall of Supreme Towers in Sector 99, Noida in the august gathering of around 200 BK brothers, sisters, members and a large number of special guests and dignitaries including retired IAS, advocates of the Supreme Court, senior officials of Indian Army, senior media and corporate professionals. The whole program has been organised by the BK Meditation Center of Sector 46, Noida, where BK sister Yeshu, who is a well-known spiritual and motivational speaker, life skill trainer and a faculty at Om Shanti Retreat Center in Gurugram (ORC) addressed the gathering in a short spiritual workshop.

“The spiritual significance of Raksha Bandhan is when one takes a sacred divine vow of purity with the Supreme Almighty (God), to live a life of purity in thoughts, words and actions. Each one of us is a spiritual energy in a tiny light form and radiate pure and heartfelt wishes to each and every soul as Rakhi is a celebration of Love, Purity, Realisation and Transformation.” BK Yeshu said while explaining the spiritual significance of this event as BK principles are dedicated to helping people bring into their daily lives their most positive and powerful energy aligned with deepest personal values. The vehicle for exploring and emerging these inner resources is Raja Yoga meditation, a life-altering recharge tool, which prompts profound frredom and focuses on spreading the pure vibrations of peace, bliss, happiness, oneness and divinity in the world by connecting the innate self with the supreme creative power, the sovereign energy.

She further explained the ritual of Tilak and the siprit of Rakhi, saying the

Tilak is a sign of being victorious over body-consciousness and the web of vices that influence us to perform negative actions. It also symbolizes the awakening of one’s strong awareness related to soul-consciousness, realizing one’s true identity as infinitesimal point of divine energy – Soul, Atma, Ruha or the divine light energy, and not the physical body. That’s why human “bonds” are often the reasons of abject miseries of expectation and unhappiness, while the “divine enlightened relationship” with the souls serves as a source of strength, inspiration and happiness. Therefore, tying a Rakhi is a sign of the vow of purity taken by us (the souls), a vow made to God Shiva that we shall remain pure for our entire life in the harmony of peace and bliss as we all souls are the brothers and sisters among us and we have the same spiritual father – the One, the Supreme Soul and this is the absolute truth connected to the prayers of wellness for everyone on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
