• 3rd Wave of Covid-19 is almost there. Be very very careful
• Amid reported surge of COVID-19 cases in the country, it is advisable to stay in homes (as much as possible) and follow COVID appropriate behaviour with immediate effect. Fortunately the severity of the disease is not very high and no of hospitalizations are less as compared to no of Covid positive cases.
• Next four weeks are very crucial for the Covid crisis
• For preventing 3rd wave of corona, COVID appropriate behaviour is must:
o Wash your hands thoroughly with soap or use alcohol based hand sanitizer
o Always wear mask & avoid touching your nose, eyes and mask.
o Maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from everyone.
o Cough etiquettes must be followed.
o Ensure Covid vaccination (Both the doses)
• Children < 15 years, pregnant women, Adult citizens with co-morbidities and above 60 years must stay at home.
• If you have fever, isolate yourself immediately, do not panic, monitor oxygen and take medicines at home. (Paracetamol, cetirizine, azithromycin)
• Report to the hospital only if sp02 falls below 92-94%
• Get your self vaccinated, if not done already.
