INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT RYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL NOIDA EXTENSION

Independence Day :
It was a day in the history of India when the country got her freedom on August 15, 1947. It took hundreds of years for us to break shackles of slavery. People of the country celebrate this festival every year with great pomp and show. However this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, 75th anniversary of Independence Day was celebrated online in Ryan International School. The day started with the tree plantation by Our Honourable Principal delivering the nationalistic speech of the importance of this historic day followed by flag hoisting at the school building at 8:00 AM . The teachers and all other staff members saluted the flag and dedicated a few patriotic songs in honour of the martyrs. The programme continued with our Ryanites of Classes IX – XII performing online through various forms of Visual and performing arts, representation of the journey of Independence , Special Prayer of the Day and the cultural programme thus concluded with the National Song of our country. Thus the students organised the celebration of this special day with ardour and fervour.
